2. Services

Maple Leaf Celebrations provides festive table game experience services for private celebrations, corporate events, and other gatherings. All services are for entertainment purposes only. No real money is involved in any of the table game activities we deliver.

The specific services, scope, timing, and terms of each engagement are agreed in writing between Maple Leaf Celebrations and the client prior to the event. This website and its contents describe our services in general terms only and do not constitute a binding service agreement.

3. Bookings and Confirmations

An enquiry submitted via our website or by email or telephone does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed when a written agreement has been signed by both parties and any applicable deposit has been received.

We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in the individual service agreement for each event. Clients should review those terms carefully before confirming a booking. In general:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event may be eligible for a full or partial refund of deposits paid, subject to the terms of the specific agreement
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the event may result in forfeiture of some or all deposits
• Rescheduling requests will be accommodated where possible, subject to staff availability on the new date

5. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about the event, including guest count, venue, and event schedule
• Ensuring that our team has access to the venue at the agreed setup time
• Complying with any venue-specific rules or restrictions that may affect our service delivery
• Ensuring that the event space is safe, suitable, and free from hazards for our team and guests
• Notifying us promptly of any changes to event details that may affect our service delivery

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maple Leaf Celebrations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from our services or from the use of this website.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service engagement giving rise to the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, design, and brand elements — is the property of Maple Leaf Celebrations and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.
